New Mexico DWI Course

The TSF is happy to announce that we will be offering the NM State DWI course in Pecos, Ruidoso, Bernalillo, and Taos!

The NM DOT TSD DWI Course is a court ordered course that is typically assigned to a constituent by a Judge or MVD Official. This course is 12 hours in length and will be held over a three day period. The course does fulfill any NM state mandated 12 hour DWI School requirement. At the end of successful completion of the course constituents will be provided a certificate of completion, in which they are able to provide for verification.

The “Registration Form” must be completed prior to entry into the course with the course fee of $175.00.

The course locations are:

Pecos Conference Center at 92 S. Main St., Pecos, NM

Taos Youth and Family Center at 407 Paseo del Canon E., Taos, NM

Ruidoso Community Center at 501 Sudderth Dr., Ruidoso, NM

Bernalillo High School at 250 Isidora Sanchez, Bernalillo, NM

Staff is only present during the course times as listed on the schedule below, city staff can not assist with this class or the collection of fees.

August: 6, 13, 20 from 8:30-12:30pm.

October: 1, 8, 15 from 8:30-12:30pm.

Taos County- Taos Course

August: 7, 14, 21 from 3:30-7:30pm.

October: 2, 9, 16 from 3:30-7:30pm.

Lincoln County- Ruidoso Course:

September: 3, 10, 17 from 10am-2pm.

November: 5, 12, 19 from 10am-2pm.

Sandoval County- Bernalillo Course:

The course fee is $175.00, cash or money order on the first day of class (we are not able to accept personal or third party checks). Contractual Agreement: By signing below you are agreeing to the following: • attend all three sessions of the DWI course which will provide a 12 hour completion certificate for the course. • not consume alcohol or any other substances that could or will inhibit your ability to complete the course. • understand that at anytime can be dismissed from the course due to suspected substance abuse or refusal of service due to behavior during the course and no refund will be issued and notification will be provided to the court. • understand that late or non-attendance can result in noncompletion of the course if a reschedule date is not completed. By signing this I also understand that all course work must be complete within 30 days and if not completed a reschedule fee of $50 will be assessed for the next months enrollment. If the course is still not completed after 60 days the course expires and a new enrollment/registration and payment must be processed.
