New Mexico DWI Course

The NM DOT TSD DWI Course is a court ordered course that is typically assigned to a constituent by a Judge or MVD Official.  This course is 12 hours in length and will be held over a three day period.  The course does fulfill any NM state mandated 12 hour DWI School requirement.  The course is sequential and must be completed in order as outlined by the dates below. At the end of successful completion of the course constituents will be provided a certificate of completion, in which they are able to provide for verification to the court, compliance officer/probation officer, or MVD official.

Important Information for the Course:

  • We provide the program throughout the state of NM in the counties listed below. (If we do not provide specifically in that county we have included contact information for another provider.)
  • A Registration Form can be completed at the bottom of the page to ensure enrollment.  Please take a screen shot of your form once you hit the SUBMIT bottom.  The screenshot will be your confirmation of the course enrollment.
  • Please only submit one Registration Form.  If you need to make changes contact us directly to do so (505-250-0070).
  • Please arrive early (15 minutes before class) to each session to ensure you are not late- as late entry is not permitted during the course sessions.
  • Please bring a pen/pencil to the class.  We will provide the curriculum.
  • Since this is an in person class we collect fees ($200 for course and book) during sign in at the first class.  You are welcome to pay Cash or Money Order (at some locations we can accept cards based on wi-fi ability- paying with card does add a POS fee to the transaction).
  • It will be the constituents responsibility to take NOTE of the course dates, time, and location that are being registered for below.  If the location address is not listed below an email will be sent one week prior to class with this information.
  • Our staff are only at the locations 15 minutes prior to class.  ****The location staff (churches/city offices/libraries) can not provide information about our program or collect forms or payments.  Please do not contact the facilities we rent to ask or request information.  If you have read through this page and still have questions please call us directly or send us and email (505-250-0070/tsf.helpdesk1@gmail.com)
  • Please be advised the State of NM at this time does not allow ONLINE DWI Classes- only In-Person classes are allowed.
  • If translation services are provided it will be stated next to each class. If translation is not provided you are welcome to bring a support person to help with translating through the class.  The support person will need to be over the age of 18. (Si se proporcionan servicios de traducción, se indicará al lado de cada clase. Si no se proporciona traducción, puede traer un traductor de apoyo para que lo ayude durante la clase.  La persona de apoyo deberá ser mayor de 18 años.)
  • Google Meet is a recommended App that can also help with limited translation services.

(Additional class dates will be added if any of our monthly classes become full.)
